Join us in a social event to continue celebrating Capitol Land Trust’s 100 land conservation successes!
On a summer afternoon, you’ll stroll Albee’s gardens, sip on a glass of wine or beer, and eat hors d’oeuvres, while catching up with old (and new!) friends. You will also be able to connect with board members and chat with staff.
We’ll gather on the lawn later in the afternoon, to hear from Executive Director Dave Winter who will lead us in celebrating recent successes and share plans for the future and current program updates. A request for donations will be made—all donations will support our mission to conserve, care for, and share the lands we all love.
At Capitol Land Trust we strategically conserve vital natural areas within the south Puget Sound watersheds and Chehalis Basin. We prioritize properties with estuaries, marine shorelines, wetlands, rivers and riparian areas and associated forests because of the crucial role they play in supporting the health and vitality of wildlife habitats as well as our communities.
