Meet Juanita! She is a super sweet, 11-year-old Deer Chihuahua who weighs in at a svelte 10 pounds. She never lets a few years or blindness get in the way of her busy and happy life. Volunteers at the shelter say that she is loving and super cute with her big pointed “deer” ears. She is a highly skilled greeter of new friends and knows the command for “sit” (her preferred spot is in a human lap). Juanita would do best in a calm adult home and would like to be the only pet.
