The Cougars and Bears faced off on the volleyball court and the soccer pitch Tuesday night.  Olympia ended up taking the victory in both contests, as the Bears won 4-1 and 3-2 in soccer and volleyball respectively.

After taking a 3-1 lead into halftime, the OHS soccer team would add one more goal in the second half at Ingersoll Stadium, the very sight of the highly anticipated football game between the schools.

Due to construction at CHS, the Cougars and the Bears volleyball teams met at Saint Martin’s University.  Down 2-1 in sets after three games, the Bears would roar back to win four out of the next six matches before taking the last game 16-14.

The Bears football team will look for the trifecta sweep on Friday night, as OHS will try to avenge last season’s 19-0 loss to the Cougars.
