- Get a free dental screening at the Hands On Children’s Museum, courtesy of Small to Tall Pediatric Dentistry, on Saturday from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.
- Eat at Mijas, a Mexican restaurant staffed by survivors of SafePlace. They serve an authentic meal the third Saturday of each month.
- Listen to local energy experts explain how you can lower your heating bill at a workshop on Saturday at 2:00 pm.
- Support SafePlace Olympia at Studio West Dance Academy’scharity gala on Saturday at 8:00 pm. Rush tickets may still be available at www.olytix.org.
- Take a winter walk at the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge.
- Drive out to Damon Point in Ocean Shores and observe the snowy owls.
