This class, at 9:30 am every Thursday, is for folks interested in trying Zumba(R) or just getting back into shape! Easy to follow choreography, lower impact, slightly slower pace but including the same music and fun of a regular Zumba(R) workout. You will be energized to start your day, and get a great cardio, fitness and balance workout.
