Warrior Girl Training

Learn how to have a Warrior Mindset and 15 Self Defense Survival Skills in a Family, Friendly Training Environment. You will feel empowered as we work on these skills together on pads and shields. This training is designed for beginners ages 10 and above. Bring your tribe . This is a great team building event. Serving Olympia for 17 years.
