This course qualifies you to be a Reiki healing practitioner. The release and relaxation provided by Reiki fosters healing on all levels—physical, mental, emotional and spiritual—for both the giver and the receiver. The Reiki I and II attunements empower the Reiki symbols and allow the healing energy of Reiki to flow through you and around you. You will learn and practice scanning for energy disturbances, cleansing the energy field, providing Reiki with your hands and at a distance, and much more. Wanda’s deep experience as a Reiki Master enriches the class with real life examples of healing situations and results. This experiential, interactive class combines lecture, discussion, demonstration and practice time. Students give and receive treatments using Byosen scanning, the Reiki symbols, and the hand placement system. This course combines the Western style and Japanese style Usui Reiki methods with the Holy Fire Energies. Every student receives a complete manual–Reiki: The Healing Touch First & Second Degree Manual by William Lee Rand–and a copy of Wanda’s book, Choosing Energy Therapy: A Practical Guide to Healing Options for People and Their Animals. Wanda’s depth of experience as a Reiki Master and teacher enriches this experiential, interactive class. International Center for Reiki Training Certificate awarded on course completion.
