Tenino Community Shop Hop

A Shop Hop is planned for Saturday, June 29^th..  Time frame is 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.  Register at The Sandstone Café, 273 Sussex Ave, Tenino and the fun begins.

Family Fun is the name of the game for a scavenger hunt through the businesses of Tenino.  The Tenino Area Chamber of Commerce will host an annual, no cost event, to help the community and businesses become more familiar with each other.   Start at one end of town and search through the stores to find the scavenger item and receive discounts or prizes.  Upon completion of your search, submit your entries at The Sandstone Café by 7:00pm.  There will be a drawing for a wide screen TV, with several other great prizes from local businesses.

Hungry?  Chris Hallett from Edward Jones will be barbecuing Costco Dogs on Olympia Street for $1.00.  Scatter Creek Winery will have an area out back with tables, The Iron Works has expanded its outside area with tables to relax, and several other businesses are planning fun things to do.

If you’re interested in having a booth, etc to sell or advertise your product, contact Joyce Worrell, The Iron Works, 360-264-5228 or email at theironworks@scattercreek.com.  There will be no charge as the objective of the Chamber is to promote businesses in the community.   Donations can be made to the Quarry Pool Fund.
