Public Workshop – Kaiser-Harrison Opportunity Area

The public is invited to attend a Public Workshop to help shape development patterns in the Kaiser-Harrison Opportunity Area. The approximate 135-acres near Kaiser Road and Harrison Avenue is a known opportunity area for a neighborhood center type of development. Identified in the 2013 Investment Strategy, the City is now ready to take the next steps in determining the future types of development for this area.

Attendees will have the opportunity to provide input on the types of business, housing and other uses they’d like to see in the area. Based on public input, the updated market study, stakeholder interviews, and surrounding land uses, alternative scenarios will be created to shape future land use designations and establish zoning for the area.
