The demands of school, the uncertainty of our world, real or imagined expectations of parents and friends, social and peer pressure, physical changes, and the ordinary activities of daily living can add to growing anxiety in adolescents. There are strategies you can employ and resources available to support your child during these important years.

Join NOVA Head of School, Barbara Mitchell Hutton, and NOVA Counselor, Meghan Hopkins, in a discussion of anxiety and how it manifests in children and adolescents. Hear the many ways in which anxiety can manifest and learn techniques to help you and your child manage the impact of anxiety. Share your experiences with other parents and learn how others have supported their children with anxiety.

RSVP appreciated but not necessary.
