Please join us for the first annual 2019 LaureateFest!
The Olympia Poetry Network will be hosting this event, and Orca will be selling books.
Olympia Poetry Network presents a celebration of the Washington State Poet Laureates. All four past (Sam Green, Kathleen Flenniken, Elizabeth Austen and Tod Marshall) and the current Poet Laureate, Claudia Castro Luna, will engage in an afternoon panel discussion on all things poetic, and give individual readings in the evening. The event will take place at 5300 Pacific Ave SE, Lacey, WA 98503. Admission is free (donations gratefully accepted). The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
