Are you feeling the collective stress of the time right now?

Are you aware of how your nervous system works, and tools you can use to calm your nervous system, reduce chronic stress, feel better, and support your immune system?

As if we didn’t already have enough life stressors, we are all under an additional amount of chronic stress right now as we experience this pandemic.

Join me for an online workshop to support yourself in better managing your stress.

My intention in this workshop is :

For you to gain an understanding of your nervous system and how stress affects your body & your health.

To share tools that you can use to decrease feelings of stress, calm your nervous system, and support your mind & body during this time.

For you to set clear intentions in how to take the knowledge & tools from this workshop and apply them to your life so that you can support yourself in reducing your stress level and feeling as good as you possibly can in this time.

I am limiting this online workshop to 6 people so that it is an intimate enough group for everyone to partake and feel comfortable.

The cost of the workshop is on a sliding scale so that those of you who are feeling financial struggle because of the current events are able to pay less, while others who are more financially secure can pay more. Please choose what you feel you can contribute!
