Join us for a sweet & intimate Saturday morning Guided Visualization Meditation Workshop from the comfort of your home! (Meeting via zoom)

You will have the opportunity to relax, do some inner conscious work, and connect with others that are there with the same intention.

The topic for this guided meditation workshop is:

Relieve Anxiety & Facilitate Viewing Life From A New Perspective

We’ll have some discussion on meditation to open the workshop, then from the comfort of your home, you can sit or lay down, close your eyes, and be guided through a full-body relaxation, and a guided visualization meditation with plenty of time to relax and do some inner work.

When the meditation ends, there will be a quiet time to journal your experience while it is fresh in your mind. To close, we’ll join together again to share, connect, and support each other in processing the experience.

This is great, relaxing, creative, and exploratory self-work.

If you have attended my meditation workshops in person, the format of this workshop will be exactly the same, except of course we will be meeting online via Zoom!

No previous experience with meditation required, only a willingness to relax and have an open mind and heart.

I am limiting the attendees to 6 people to keep it feeling intimate and so that everyone has the opportunity to share & participate.

The cost of the workshop is on a sliding scale so that those of you who are feeling financial struggle because of the current events are able to pay less, while others who are more financially secure can pay more. Please choose what you feel you can contribute!

Once you have registered by sending a payment, I will send you a link to join the online zoom meeting on Saturday!

Once 6 people have registered & the workshop is full, I will take down the option to register.

After you have registered, watch for an email with the link to the Zoom meeting to join us! I will send you the link to the address attached to your PayPal payment. If you would like it sent elsewhere, let me know!

*On the day of, please do what you can to create a quiet & peaceful space to be alone for the full 2 hours.

*Create a comfortable place to sit or lay down for the meditation. Lay a yoga matt on the floor, get a blanket & pillow, or whatever you need to be comfortable. The actual meditation will be about 40 minutes long.

*Have a journal or paper & pen ready, as you will be journaling for a brief period. of time after the meditation
