To share tools that you can use to decrease feelings of stress, calm your nervous system, and support your mind & body during this time.
For you to set clear intentions in how to take the knowledge & tools from this workshop and apply them to your life so that you can support yourself in reducing your stress level and feeling as good as you possibly can at this time.
