Julie Martin, founder of Oly-Cultures
In this informative class, Julie will guide you through the different layers of making kombucha. She’ll go over the various teas and sugars that are used, explaining the first fermentation process and then how to obtain the famous fizz during the second fermentation. Julie will also discuss what types of bottle work best for fermenting this brew. Samples of a number of blends and a light snack will be available at the end of class.
