LibrAnimeCon 2014

Put on your best cosplay and come down to the Lacey Timberland Library for LibrAnimeCon 2014, a celebration of all things anime and manga. At this exclusive, after-hours event, middle-schoolers and high-schoolers will feast upon Japanese goodies, watch anime, compete in a cosplay fashion show, and explore Japanese comic culture through a variety of games, crafts and activities. This program is free; pick up your tickets beginning the first day of Summer Reading. The library is normally closed at this time and will be open only for the program. The event is sponsored by the Friends of the Lacey, Olympia and Tumwater Libraries. This event is part of Summer Reading, a Timberland Regional Library districtwide program.
