Come one!! Come all!!! The Barony of Glymm Mere of the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) invites one and all to the Tivoli Fountain on the Capital Campus from 9-2 on Sept 9! We’re throwing a Harvest Tournament featuring Rattan fighting, Rapier Fighting and hopefully some Cut and Thrust-the SCA’s live steel fighting style!! We’ll also be featuring local artisans who will be showcasing their wares and talents, encouraging the local populace to join and participate!!
For current SCA folk this will be a garbed “demo” event! So bring your hand crafts and shiniest armor!!
We’ll have a new comers night on the 12th at the St Benedict’s church in Lacey to encourage anyone who comes by to come chat with us!!
