If your home has a septic system, then you know that a septic system failure can create a big mess that can cost even bigger money to fix. You can learn how to avoid the costly mess and keep your septic system in tip top shape at one of four Septic Sense workshops in September that are free to attend. Workshop attendees will also get a $10 discount on septic tank pumping.

Get expert advice and tips on topics like what can and can’t go down the drain, when to have your septic system inspected and pumped, the telltale signs of septic system damage and failure, and tips on how you might be eligible for loans or grants for septic system repairs or replacement. The Septic Sense workshops have something for all septic system owners, from the first-time owner to those with years of experience.

To register for a Septic Sense workshop, call (360) 867-2673 or sign up online at www.co.thurston.wa.us/health. Space is limited, so register today
