Join us for this fun farm tour in beautiful Independence Valley and meet your local shepherdess, Selma Bjarnadottir. Cows and yogurt samples provided – you just need to come in comfortable clothes for a few hours of walking around (layers recommended) and boots that are ready for mud.
You can meet us at the Creamery at 10am (11717 Independence Road SW, Rochester) or you can catch a ride in our Community Van, leaving the Eastside Co-op at 9:15am. Please contact classes@olympiafood.coop to reserve your seat on the van, otherwise we will not be able to ensure space for everyone.
