Family Health and Fitness Night

Second Annual Family Health and Fitness Night Start the New Year off healthy!  All Tumwater School District students, families and community members are invited to       attend this event to be held in the Tumwater High School Gym at 700 Israel Road SW,  Tumwater. We will feature healthy foods, snacks and recipes to sample, information about  local school and community gardens and more.  Come try fun family fitness activities.  You will leave with a wide range of resources to help your family stay healthy and active throughout the year.
