developed by Northwest Indians since time immemorial.
Willie Frank III is the son of Billy Frank Jr., Nisqually Tribal Council Member and Nisqually fisherman. Peggen Frank is the Executive Director of Salmon Defense and an enrolled member of the Northern Arapaho Tribe.
