Contemplative & Musical Evenings Under the Trees

7:45 p.m. Conviviality:
Enjoy chocolate treats and a variety of snacks and beverages outdoors in the green space under the fir trees at Good Shepherd.
8:30 p.m. Contemplation:
Gather for quiet reflection and music provided by guitarist Tarik Bentlemsani. We will ritually carry light into the darkness as an act of hope for each other and our world.
Good Shepherd is pleased to share this series of evening contemplative gatherings with the wider community in August 2022. This program is funded by a generous grant from the Calvin Institute of Christian Worship; we are one of only 13 recipient congregations selected from across the US. We seek to offer space for hope and healing for people of all faith backgrounds and those with none, people of all sexual orientations and gender identities, all ethnicities, all abilities, all ages, and all economic circumstances.
