You are cordially invited to a farm-to-table dinner and ask to benefit farmland preservation in the South Sound with the Community Farm Land Trust (CFLT) .
Join us for an evening of community featuring local farm fresh, local food. Come prepared to raise some funds in the name of farmland preservation! The Community Farm Land Trust has preserved over 216 acres of farmland in Thurston County and saved it from the pressures of rising development. CFLT also promotes the work of local farms, farmers, food banks, farmers markets, food access, nutritional incentive programs, and so much more in the Fresh from the Farm Guide, an educational community resource of local food and farm in the South Sound.
Farm Forever will feature local farm fresh food from Chef Mike Holbein of Chelsea Oyster Farms, live music with Briarfinch and Toby Schofield, and guest speaker, Mitch Lewis of Summit Farms. This year, bringing the event back to its roots in the beautiful farm setting and old country barn at Riverbend Ranch in Tenino.
