Walk on paved sidewalks, paths and streets through Tacoma’s Proctor District, the University of Puget Sound campus, and residential areas of older, stately homes. Water and restrooms at start/ finish and on University Campus. The walk is 10K with a 6K option rated 1A.
Directions to start point: From I-5, take exit #127 (SR512). Take the SR7 (Parkland) exit. Turn south (right) onto Pacific Ave. Continue to 119th. Turn right, then immediately left into the gas station. Use the park ‘n ride off of 121st and walk through the back of the lot onto 120th and turn right to the ARCO, or use on-street parking.
