The Capital Food & Wine Festival is a yearly, nonprofit fundraiser showcasing more than 100 varietal wines from 40 WA wineries, regional beers, local restaurant fare and live music.
Highlights include the coveted RJ’s Premium Wine Cellar and O’Blarney’s Sports Bar tent w/ big screen TV’s.
Visitors can sample a wide variety of taste sensations, talk to the vitners and brewers, and stock their wine cellars at this one-stop, large-scale, charitable event.
Expert food and wine judging is performed each year. In addition, patrons can vote in this year’s first “People’s Choice Casino Challenge” cuisine competition between Red Wind and Lucky Eagle Casinos. An awards presentation will take place on the Marcus Pavilion’s main stage at 5 p.m. and the winners list will be available to the press the following day.
