Capital City Chorus and Chorale tackle “The Sacred and The Profane” at their spring concert at Capital High School’s new Performing Arts Center Friday, April 21st at 7:30pm, and Saturday and Sunday, April 22nd and 23rd at 2:30pm. Carl Orff’s profane “Carmina Burana” features two pianos, percussion, and soloists. The Chorale will perform a series of sacred songs and hymns by Gwyneth Walker, Moses Hogan, Pablo Casals, and PLU composer Richard Nance. Admission is free! Donations are welcome.
