In this class, you’ll learn to make Baked Veggie Oven Fries and Spaghetti and Meatballs, with freshly juiced vegetable Marinara Sauce and veggies hidden in the meatballs! And, vegetables sneaking their way into dessert? Yes—in Carrot Pate a Choux, carrot cream puffs with sweet mascarpone cheese filling. Vegetables never tasted this good! Skills covered in class: knife skills, and limited use of kitchen electrical tools such as standing mixer, juicer, blender and food processor. $30
