Birthday Shaker Card

Birthdays don’t stop just because it’s the holiday season! Learn how to make a super fun shaker card from Rachel of R.Winn Creates! She’ll teach us how to put together a cute dalmatian birthday card wtih a shaker on the front filled with sequins.
