Bella Blood Drive

Blood donors are invited to make reservations for Westport Winery’s next Bella Blood Drive and join the Roberts family as they give the gift of life on Monday, January 20 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The winery will accept reservations for up to three donors every 15 minutes during this time frame. Free refreshments will be provided to donors. Basic donor criteria are available online at the Red Cross website  or by calling 1-866-236-3276. Blood donors can donate every 56 days.

Those who elect to give blood will earn a bottle of Bella at half price. A portion of the proceeds from this blend of Tempranillo, Refosco, Primativo, Barbera, Merlot and Syrah benefits the Mt. Rainier Chapter of the American Red Cross. This wine earned a gold medal at the 2012 Seattle Wine Awards. Long-sleeved Twilight-inspired T-shirts that read “A glass a day keeps the vampires away” will be available at half price to those who donate.
