Enjoy an evening at The Artists’ Gallery with award-winning artist Nancy Romanovsky as she demonstrates her oil painting techniques and shares the inspiration behind her landscapes. She works in a representational style creating a visual harmony which lies between realistic and impressionistic. She will demonstrate her approach to a studio painting using multiple reference photos to create a serene forest composition with softly lit aspen trees. Topics covered include use of color, edges, value, paint application and design.
