OMB’s PWB Webinar Series ADUs from A to Z

Join Olympia Master Builder Professional Women in Building on November 5th at 4pm as they discuss the upcoming Board of County Commissioners public hearing on a proposal for rural ADUs. 

ADUs are already permitted within the cities and county urban growth areas, and are widely considered an important source of affordable, “right-sized” housing for a growing population. This proposal considers permitting ADUs on rural lots, subject to standards around design, size, and density that are intended to maintain rural character.
