The long-standing Clipper Scramble tradition, took root when Desco AV Founder Dick Scott inspired the idea of having a golf tournament to support SPSCC students. In partnership with the Olympia Country and Golf Club, SPSCC Foundation board member emeritus Charlie Frank continued to build on the tournament tradition, which has helped raise over $1 million in scholarships and grants for SPSCC students over the years.
