On Tuesday, January 31, the northbound section of Willamette Drive NE from 31st Avenue NE to the commercial center containing Juniper Coffee Co. will be closed from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for asphalt paving. All other access points at the Willamette Drive NE and 31st Avenue NE roundabout will remain open to traffic. A marked detour route will be posted.
