Maintenance Requires Daytime Closure of Southbound I-5 Exit To Northbound US 101

Early morning travelers using southbound Interstate 5 to reach US 101 are encouraged to plan for additional travel time this weekend.

Saturday, February 6 and Sunday, February 7

Each day from 6 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., southbound I-5 exit 104 to US 101 will close while Washington State Department of Transportation maintenance crews to trim trees adjacent to the highway.

Travelers will detour on southbound I-5, to Trosper Road and return to northbound I-5 exit 104 to US 101.

For the safety of the crews and the traveling public, this work must be performed during daylight hours.
