Due to construction of a gravity sewer line, 31st Avenue NE, east of Hogum Bay Road NE to Wylie Lane NE, will be closed to through traffic from December 14 – January 8. A detour, utilizing Hogum Bay Road NE, Campus Glen Drive NE, and Hercules Drive NE will be in place.
