Responding to the recent COVID-19 Proclamations issued by Governor Inslee, the City of Tenino has announced the acquisition of “Go To Meeting” for the conduct of Open Public Meetings by the Tenino City Council, the Tenino Planning Commission, and the Tenino Civil Service Commission.  Detailed information about how the City will comply with the terms of the proclamations is available here:  https://cityoftenino.us/city-govt/page/impact-covid-19-public-meetings-and-public-records-request

The first use of the new meeting software will be for the Regular City Council Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, April 14, 2020, beginning at 6:30 pm.   A link to the meeting will be posted to the City’s Website no later than 4:00 pm on Monday, April 13, 2020, for those interested in attending.

The latest proclamation also waived or suspended certain sections of Washington’s Public Record Act.  The City’s established procedures do not need modification due to the Proclamation and the City’s Public Records Officer remains available via email to respond to any Public Records Request.  However, the easiest way to request Public Records from the City is via links on the City’s web page as follows:
