Middle and high school students who need sports physicals for the upcoming (2019-2020 school year) are encouraged to register for free sports physicals provided by Providence Medical Group.
There are three different options available in Thurston and Lewis counties:
- Providence Medical Group – St. Peter’s Family Medicine: Wednesday, July 31, starting at 5:30 p.m.
- Providence Medical Group – Chehalis Family Medicine: Friday, Aug. 2, starting at 5:30 p.m.
- Tumwater School District: Thursday, Aug. 8, starting at 5 p.m.
The physical examinations do not replace recommended “well-child” checks conducted by your family health care provider.
