It’s amazing what we can accomplish when we’re inspired. Sometimes all it takes is brainstorming with others or tips from an accomplished instructor and mentor. Come find what you’re looking for at the third annual INSPIRE Women’s Business Conference.

This year’s conference takes place on Friday, May 10 at the Thurston EDC Center for Business and Innovation. Events run from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. and registration includes breakfast, lunch, speakers and breakout instruction sessions. The day wraps up with a festive Happy Hour Networking Mixer.
Breakfast keynote speaker is Amy Leneker of Compass Consulting. Leneker is a dedicated leadership consultant and self-proclaimed “optimistic, joy-seeking, recovering perfectionist.” After she kicks things off there will be an array of breakout sessions on a variety of topics. These include business financing, social media, digital productivity, and the transition from employee to business owner.
Over lunch, enjoy listening to Alaffia’s Prairie Rose Hyde speak about her global journey. Hyde has worked and studied all over the world and is now co-owner of a company that benefits thousands of artisans, crafters and families in Togo, West Africa.
Do you have a product or service to help women succeed? Consider signing up as an exhibitor while tables are still available. With more than 120 attendees expected, it’s a great way to meet, mingle, and share your company with potential new clients, customers and friends.

It’s $65 to attend or $300 to be an exhibitor, vendor, or sponsor. Sign up online or contact Washington Center for Women in Business Program Manager Traci Hansen at 360-464-6050 with questions.
Queen Elizabeth II said, “I know of no single formula for success. But over the years I have observed that some attributes of leadership are universal and are often about finding ways of encouraging people to combine their efforts, their talents, their insights, their enthusiasm and their inspiration to work together.” Monarch for 67 years, she’s definitely learned a thing or two. Come to the INSPIRE Conference and you will too.
