2013 Maritime Poster Westport wineryWestport Winery earned two medals at the 2014 Tasters Guild International Wine Competition in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Thirty experienced judges from around the country completed over 2,000 evaluations of wine from 8 countries and 37 states and provinces between April 30 and May 3, 2014.

Maritime Moscato, a sparkling Muscat crafted with grapes from Upland Vineyards in the Snipes Mountain AVA, earned a silver medal. A portion of the proceeds of this wine benefits the Northwest Carriage Museum in Raymond, Washington. This label features an original watercolor by Blain Roberts surf partner, Darryl Easter of Camarillo, California.

Night Watch, a unique blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and sweet dark cherry, also earned a silver medal. This wine benefits Harbor Home Health & Hospice. The art on this label was created by Oregon artist Cathy Peek.

Westport Winery and Vineyards By-the-Sea with its unique sculpture garden, lavender labyrinth, musical fence, 9-hole executive golf course, giant chess set, outdoor scrabble game, and grape maze, is located on the corner of Highway 105 and South Arbor Road halfway between Aberdeen and Westport. Westport Winery was named Best of the Northwest Wine Tour in 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2014.

Westport’s award-winning wines are exclusively available at the winery.
