Gone are the days of having to scroll through an infinite number of event posts looking for that festival date. No longer do you have to try to hover over a date to see what’s going on.
Over the past few weeks, the ThurstonTalk technical team has created a beautiful calendar. “Our readers want to easily see what’s happening in Thurston County and the surrounding communities,” says Dan Jones, ThurstonTalk.com’s CEO.
Now, you can quickly scan today’s events on the right hand side of every ThurstonTalk.com page. A list of current events is continually updated while you browse around our site.
If you want to see events beyond today, click on the View Calendar tab. You can view events in a list or summarize by month.
Prefer to see only family-friendly events or outdoor recreation activities? You can do that too by selecting the category that’s the best match for your interest. We have organized events into 13 different buckets so there’s certain to be something for everyone.
And, it’s simple to add your event to our calendar too. Click on the ‘Post an Event’ button at the top of the calendar page and an intuitive screen will open up asking for all the pertinent data.
