jessica jensenMost business owners don’t plan on working forever, but some of us work our business longer than we’d like to because we don’t have a plan in place for how to transition out of it.  The overwhelming nature of how to transition is a hot topic of conversation among business owners these days.  The key is that you get clear about what it is you want to do, and then take it one step at a time.

Join us Thursday, October 25, 2012 from 5:30 – 7:00 PM at the Cedar Grove Center for Collaborative Practice & Mediation for Intentional Transitions: Selling, Gifting or Retiring Your Business Successfully, a Cedar Grove Collaborative Practice Seminar.  Space is limited so register today by calling Larissa Stewart at (360) 705-1335.

Collaborative professionals Jessica Jensen of Jessica Jensen Law PS, Bryan Nelson of Vista Management Solutions and Wes Martin of Sound Business Brokers each bring a unique perspective on what makes a successful transition plan.  This seminar will address the organizational and legal considerations you need to take into account to transition your business successfully.  We’ll cover how to get clear about your goals, how to set an action plan, and how to tackle the biggest question of all… “What is my business worth?”
