Saturday August 27th: Music legend Kenny Rogers will coming to the Little Creek Casino Resort (91 W. Highway 108 Shelton, WA 98584) this Saturday. The doors open for those 21 and older at 7PM. Tickets cost between $35-$55. For more information please call (360) 432-7300
Saturday August 27th: Get a taste of the beach in the middle of the Port Plaza in downtown Olympia. Sponsored by the WET Science Center, kids can conduct their own sand filter experiments, learn how the LOTT Clean Water Alliance uses reclaimed water, and play an awesome toilet bowl bean bag game!
Friday August 26th through Sunday August 28th: This Friday through Sunday is the 15th Annual Garlic Fest at the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds in Chehalis (2555 North National Ave, Chehalis, WA 98532). This is a fun and really popular event with great food, pony rides, wine-tastings, music, vendors and more.
Tickets are cheap. Adults cost $5, seniors over 65 cost $4, and children seven and under are free!
