On my way to Portland with a group of friends we stopped at the newly opened and freshly remodeled Rib Eye just off of I-5. Our group was just in for a quick round of drinks at Mitch’s Hitch’n Post Lounge and it was great (It was also around 10:15am)! Stop by the new restaurant on your way to Portland or take a drive south! Let me know how the food is as I know the bloody mary’s are great!
