Workshop: Intro to Consensus Decision-Making for Groups

How can organizations and groups of people make good decisions without a boss telling them what, when, and how to do everything? Learn about consensus decision making – it’s effective, empowering, and vibrant. Get away from being either the dominator or dominated: cooperation is a real and useful option to run an organization with integrity.
