Wild Foods & Medicines: Our Friend Wild Rose

Rose is called the “Queen of Flowers” and the most heavenly of all scents. It is celebrated around world as a symbol of love, protection and grace. Join Elise as she shares stories and herbal insights about this precious local plant. Participants will learn to make many things from rose including tea, infused honey, infused oil, lip balm and toner. The best part will be tasting and testing the rose products we create. Participants will bring home samples and a handout.
