Warrior Girl Training. Warrior Mind Set and Self Defense Survival . This training is designed for the beginner in mind. Ages 13 and above. You will learn in a family friendly training environment how to have a Warrior Mind Set and 15 Self Defense Skill we practice in class on pads and shields.
