Warrior Girl Training

Warrior Girl Training learn how to kick butt and make change.Ages 10 -82 years old. This training is designed for beginners who have never taken a self defense class or martial arts training. This is a positive and encouraging training environment. You will learn 12 to 15 self defense skills that we learn in class using pads and shields bringing the element of the warrior mind set and how to combat your limiting beliefs.
