Chef Barry “CB” Martin is offering a series of grilling classes this summer at Bayview School of Cooking to teach home cooks the ins and outs of cooking on the grill. CB knows how to grill the perfect steak and by the end of this class, you will too! Using different cuts for each recipe, he’ll show you how to do it right. Watch him cook his Classic “El Gaucho” Flank Steak directly on the coals – a style of cooking that inspired him to create his “Cook Like a Warrior” line of t-shirts. His Steak Diane, which features beef tenderloin medallions and a decadent sauce, will become a favorite to serve to guests and his Bryant Grill Steak, which features the New York cut and is named after the world-famous Bryant Park Grill in mid-town Manhattan, offers an opportunity to learn how to create amazing flavor on the surface of a steak.
