Chloe Song performs Frederic Chopin’s Piano Concerto No. 1, Movement 3. Chloe Song is a high school freshman. Chloe studies piano with Dr. Ramona Allen.

OCO’ string brings Leos Janacek’s “Adagio” from Idyll.

Ludwig van Beethoven’s Symphony No. 2 was written in 1801-1802. The compositions of Joseph Haydn and W. A. Mozart form a strong historical background for the first movements of this symphony, as in Beethoven’s first symphony. In the last movement Beethoven’s characteristic style, profoundly expressed in “Eroica”, his third symphony, begins to emerge. In the last movement, Beethoven’s emphatic theme and motif development bring the symphony to a crashing finale.

“Tendre Amour” from Les Indes Galantes by Jean-Phillipe Rameau is performed to promote peace in the Ukraine.

Vocal Soloists are Khristy Harvey, Crystal Zimmerman, Ryne Olson and Darrell Born.
