Thurston County was hit hard with wild wind and rainstorms on Thursday, May 4. The South Sound Exceptional Women awards banquet was scheduled to be held on May 5 at the Indian Summer Golf and Country Club in Yelm was one of the areas hit hardest by this storm.
Indian Summer was able to get the event back on the schedule for Saturday, June 3, 2017. It is important to Olympia Soroptimists that we reschedule the banquet so we can celebrate the women of our communities in this non-competitive awards program.
